Welcome to the rules. This is my take and how to have a fun and happy life. It is a humourous take on..well...everything eventually. So sit back, relax and let's discuss....

The Rules of The Rules

Don't Be That Guy

What guy, you ask? You remember the guy that got drunk at that party and hit on your girlfriend? Do you remember the guy who got drunk that same night and fell asleep under your bed, puking all over your floor and irritating you in the process? Or how about the guy who walked into your house when you were 15 and asked your mom how the F she was doing? You remember that guy. DON'T BE HIM! Otherwise, I'll have to tell your mom that you were that guy, and honestly that would just be embarrassing. We're pretty much all in our 30's. Could you imagine how your mom would feel if she got a call from me telling her that her 35 year old son was That Guy?

Be Yourself.

Note that this only applies if you're not That Guy. If you are that guy, feel free to ignore this and act like someone else. Note that I think that most of you are pretty cool. It's just that guy I don't like.

We Don't Babysit Beer.

I'm not exactly sure how this applies on a website, but it was a rule at my old apartment, so I thought I should include it. So if you leave your virtual beer in the virtual fridge don't be upset if it's virtually GONE the next time you log in. I warned you.

Don't Do What Bigdaddyblue Done Did.

I read this somewhere and thought I'd use it. There's no point in doing ALL of the work myself, now is there?

No Flaming!

All play nice policies are in full effect while within the Rules Forum. So don't be flaming each other. If you do, make sure I'm not standing next to the person you're spitting fire at. I burn easily. So does my house. Keep your flamethrowers at home!

Don't Let Your Dog Poop on the Floor.

Animals are not allowed to be That Guy either. As a matter of fact, cats/bats/rats/squirrels/goldfish/snakes and other assorted vermin are encouraged to keep their waste products on the INSIDE of their bodies while they are in the forum Exceptions will be made for butterflies because my daughter likes them. Oh wait, my daughter doesn't post here. No butterfly poop either.

The rules are all about humor and enjoying yourself. They are meant to be TAKEN ABSOLUTELY SERIOUSLY by absolutely no-one. So have a good time and feel free to add your own rules! Just remember that the final arbiter here, the all-seeing and all knowing person in charge of your very life while you are in The Rules Forum is none other than uhh..well...nevermind. Just have a good time

OOOOOOO if we can't use flamethrowers, I got a boxfull of proximity mines that I would love to throw out there if anyone decides to become "THAT GUY"!!!
