Kick-Ass

Just saw this the other day. I will say, I got a kick out of it, although I wish parts of it had been closer to the book. All in all, it was a fun flick, but I think maybe about 20 minutes too long. they really seemed to be stretching it. Who else liked/hated this?

Loved it and actually loved the small changes they made. Jet pack was only thing I did not like.

**Monster Slayer**

I hadn't read the comic so watching this was great as I had no expectations of it and I loved it. I couldn't believe how violent Hit Girl was for her age. I had heard Mark Millar is writing a sequel comic.

**Creative Team**

Hit Girl was Flurking epic and Nicholas Cage as Big Daddy was just hilarious to me. Every time he put on the suit he talked all oldschool Batman/Adam West style, funny shit.

loved it from start to finish,great cast and well written!!!!

as someone who has read the comic series i was mildly impressed with how the movie was done,but if you read my review you would see my thoughts on the movie.as for the sequel it should be hitting the stand within the next month or two and i hope it's as good as the first series.

I have no exposure to the comic so I enjoyed the film. Not sure about the 2012 sequal though.

tried to order this the other night at the hotel
it came in at the end of the movie and it was all grainy and snowy.. called down the the front desk, told me he'd call me back.. never did.. so i have still not seen this

Mark Millar is a very good writer his arcs on Ultimate X-Men had me hooked instantly. I still haven't read Wanted yet apart from the teaser that came with the dvd but would like to now I know the film was only loosely based on it.
